I never made a statement that bots will kill UIs. I do claim that bots will offer services that don’t require UI. The existing apps will remain, and as always, they will continue to be used for the self-serve chores. Bots are bad when used for self-serve chores (which you’ve mentioned above when people try to self-serve using natural language — I totally agree with that). However, not too many people are too keen on doing the drudgery work if it can be avoided.
