For example, there are already over 10 million bots in China’s WeChat platform. That means that the competition among bots is fierce, and the consumers enjoy the embarrassment of riches when it comes to choosing the quality service.
Same thing is going to happen in the West (yes, we’re lagging by 5 years; I know, sad).
If you hire a bot, and it turns out that the bot is asshole-ish, you can afford to drop it like a sack of dirt (bots have no workers unions). You’ll have a plethora of choice. Your job will be to carefully choose your workforce. For those of us who are not good at managing our resources, tough. For those of us who are shrewd, sky will be the limit.
As in anything else, competition and natural selection will determine who sinks and who swims.
