I’m confused — is the author saying that this nascent platform proposes to metamorphosis-ize one native bot (say Slack) into another native bot (e.g. Messenger)? Or is the author saying that, given a core bot (which is delivery channel agnostic), this nascent platform can amortize the annoying details related to a particular delivery channel?
