I’m using the term interaction in the narrower sense of humans interacting with screens etc.
Same is with bots. If a bot needs you to hand hold it and interact with it every step of the way, that bot is an utter failure.
I’m using the term interaction in the narrower sense of humans interacting with screens etc. Or, in everyday terms, if you have a good accountant, you don’t need to interact with them. You set the stage, explain to your accountant what you need, and they do the rest. As a matter of fact, interacting with them would mean that they’ve failed, because they do not possess sufficient expertise to do your accounting properly.
